uSoulTrip is looking for Curators
A professional partner who designs the entire medical & wellness journey of international clients, end to end
uSoulTrip is a curation-based medical tourism platform for international clients. Not a simple referral service — from consultation through treatment, travel, and post-care (Pre-to-Post), a single curator takes trusted ownership of a premium experience. We see curators not as mere employees, but as partners who grow their own clients and programs.
Who we are looking for
- Someone genuinely caring with international clients and strong at building trust
- Someone excited by work that brings medicine and travel together
- Someone who enjoys designing and owning the client journey independently
- Someone who wants to work remotely (from home), in Korea or abroad
Responsibilities
- Consult with international clients (chat/message based, in the client’s language)
- Design tailored medical & travel itineraries (partner clinics, transport, stay, dining)
- Coordinate bookings and schedules with partner clinics
- Manage the full journey — deposits, payments, schedule changes
- Post-care during and after the trip, plus reviews and satisfaction
Requirements
- Languages: able to serve clients in at least one of Chinese (Simplified/Traditional), Japanese, or English (Chinese preferred)
- International Medical Tourism Coordinator certificate, OR experience serving foreign patients (medical, aesthetic/cosmetic, medical-tourism fields)
- Able to work self-directed in a remote setting
Preferred
- Experience in aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, skin, or wellness
- Experience in medical tourism / inbound travel
- Client-relationship and sales mindset
Eligibility / Work type
- Any nationality — those residing in Korea (citizens or foreigners with a work-eligible residency status) can work fully remote (from home)
- Foreigners residing abroad collaborate on a contract (independent) basis
- Work type: remote (from home), flexible hours within client-response standards
Compensation
- Base salary + performance pay (specifics discussed at interview)
- Top curators get long-term partnership growth — e.g. program revenue sharing
